TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ORDERS
1. We accept orders totalling over 100 pcs but larger discounts apply for total orders +500 and +1000pcs.
2. Upon receipt of your order we will confirm receipt and send you a proforma invoice for 50% deposit.
3. Production time quoted is from time of receipt of deposit.
4. Production will commence as soon as deposit is received.
5. No changes to order are accepted after commencement of production.
6. Wholesale price includes our designer label incl content/size/made in Indonesia label as per washing

8. To keep our prices competitive, orders must consist of 6 pieces/size/style.
9. Orders should be shipped within 6-8 weeks of receipt of deposit.
CUSTOM DESIGNS
1. We can make your custom garment design. Depending on style we require min amounts.
2. For exclusive prints on fabrics only to be sold to your company – we require min order of 1000 units per motif/colour. One month is required for fabric proofing.

SAMPLES
1. Custom made samples are charged at triple the price of final wholesale price. The difference will be refunded at time of order of corresponding style.

a) Cost of film to be paid prior to sample proofing. Film cost will be refunded at placement of order (if order over 100pcs for corresponding print or embroidery).
b) Custom logos or fabric prints designed by our design team at your request will be charged at a per hour rate. Quote at time of request.
3. Time to produce samples varies depending on how busy we are, but it should be known that samples take considerably longer than production of said style. We ask you to allow at least one month to produce samples for 1-5 new styles. Over 5 styles to be negotiated.
4. Payment of samples must be made PRIOR to commencement. Approximate price will be calculated and any credit or debit after samples are completed and priced will be credited or debited to your account.
PAYMENT
1. We require 50% deposit before production of orders or samples can commence.
2. We require payment in AUD$ dollars. Payments should be transferred in Australian dollars by telegraphic transfer to the nominated account.
3. No refunds of deposit in event of order cancellation.
4. Full balance owing (including freight or postage costs) to be paid prior to goods departing Indonesia.
DISCOUNT
We give wholesale buyers a discount for total orders +100pcs, +500pcs and +1000 pcs. These min orders can be made up of a combination of styles and materials.
RETURNS
1. Our garments undergo a very strict quality control process. However in the event of a dispute we will either replace returned items or credit your next order once we receive returned faulty items.
2. Returns of faulty items accepted up to one month from date of receipt.
3. We do not accept goods returned because you change your mind.
FREIGHT
1. All freight costs to be covered by purchaser.
2. Due to variations in scales between the cargo company and the airport, it is impossible to give a definite shipping cost before despatch so the minor difference will be either debited or credited to your account.

POSTAGE
Some clients prefer their goods to be posted as in some countries duty does not have to be paid on boxes valued at less than a certain amount. (Eg: Boxes posted to Australia with a value under AUD$1000 are duty free. See Point 4 above.)
DUTIES AND TAXES
In some countries customs duties and regulations apply to imported clothing. They are easily navigated and become second nature after the first shipment. Please check duty and procedures in your country before proceeding
CUSTOMS REGULATIONS
Some countries Custom's regulations state that inside labels must include washing instructions, material content and “Made in Indonesia” must be clearly visible to the buyer (large fines can be imposed for failure to comply). Our international labels comply with all of the above regulations.
EXCLUSIVITY OF AN AREA
It can be automatically assumed that we will not sell to anyone within 40 kilometres of your retail outlet even without a contract. We are happy to negotiate exclusivity of a larger area. Just talk to us!
